Long-Term Soil Ecosystem Studies

The seminar will start at Askov Experimental Station at 12.00 on 16th June 2008 with an introduction to the Askov Long-term Experiments on Animal Manure and Mineral Fertilizers. These experiments were started in 1894 and constitute one of the world’s longest-running field experiments. Following the site visit, seminar participants are transported by bus to Sandbjerg Estate near Sønderborg where the seminar continues until Noon on 18th June 2008.
