Relationships are connections between records in the inventory. The author of any record can create a relationship to another record in the inventory. Creating relationships between records can greatly improve the ability for other people to uncover related information.

Yes, create relationships between LTSEs.
create relationships like in the figure - http://ltse.env.duke.edu/relationships
I suggest:
Create a subnetwork called ~ "Russian Network" (you choose proper name). Create relationships from LTSEs to Subnetwork and also publications, images, and datasets.
Most importantly, create relationships between LTSEs and Data Holders (Biographies). So far the only contact information we have for all the sites you have entered is you. I suspect each site might have a different Data Holder. It would be ideal if they also registered on the website and created biographies. Then relationships could be made from each LTSE to each Dataholder.
Or am I wrong and your network is centralized and you (Vladimir only) are the data holder primarily? Then just create a relationship to you as Data Holder.
Let me know if you have questions or more suggestions.
